The extension can also be installed by running the ext install arcticicestudio. A packaged VSIX file can be installed locally to use a modified variant of the theme without uploading it to the extension marketplace.

Read the theme documentation on how to develop and package the theme as well as the official VS Code documentation on how to install from a VSIX file. To activate the Nord color theme, open the color theme picker by clicking on the gear icon in the Activity Bar and select Color Theme or by running the Preferences: Color Theme command from the Command Palette.

Search for Nord and confirm the color theme change with Enter.Dainty is a color theme generator with support for Visual Studio. It comes with default presets Dainty Dark and Dainty Light as well as popular color themes as its presets. See Configuration for more information.

Dainty can be configured to include settings for Indent Guides which both sets this option and all indentation colors. Better Comments has default settings that lead to uneven spacing. This can be fixed by setting Size Offset to 0 and Opacity to 1. Tokens can be disabled by setting each value to a UUID.

I currently do not recommend using Line Press as its line spacings can be unpredictable. If you are using WSL then you can use font-line to modify the line spacing of fonts.
